3. Book Your Spot: Click the "Book Now" button to proceed with the booking.

4. Redeem Your Package: During the checkout process, you will see an option to redeem your session pack. Select this option to use one of your prepaid sessions.

5. For Members: - Log In: Make sure you are logged into your account on our website. - Your session pack will be automatically applied, and you will not be charged again for the session as long as you have available sessions in your pack.

6. For Non-Members: - Enter Your Details: As a guest, you will need to enter your contact details to complete the booking. Ensure you use the same email address you used when purchasing the session pack. - Your session pack will be applied based on the email address you provide, and you will not be charged again for the session as long as you have available sessions in your pack.

7. Confirm Booking: Complete the booking process.

8. Check Your Remaining Sessions:

- Members: You can always check how many sessions you have left by logging into your account and viewing your membership details.

- Non-Members: You will receive an email confirmation for each booking, which will also indicate how many sessions you have left.
