I purchased a custom meowmeow pot after my cat passed away as something a little different to remember her by, I was not disappointed, very well made and a great likeness which is important. However when posted although very well packaged the good people of Evri managed to break it and Laura without any trouble offered to make another one and we agreed to send it by Royal Mail with no problems! Very happy with the outcome, Laura was great with her communication and help I would highly recommend her business.
